SJ Terveen LLC, located in Sioux Falls, S.D., paid entities managed by developer Richard Hurd $31 million for properties at 180, 200 and 320 S. Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. The shopping center, known as the Plaza at Jordan Creek, includes retailers Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Home Goods, Mattress Firm, Hobby Lobby and Security National Bank of Iowa. The nearly 20 acres were developed between 2013 and 2019 by Hurd. The transaction occurred Aug. 2, 2021.

Festival Fun Parks LLC, managed by Pennsylvania-based Palace Entertainment, paid Adventure Lands of America Inc. $24.4 million for property in Altoona that includes Adventureland Park and Resort. The transaction occurred Dec. 20, 2021.

HCII-12493 University Avenue LLC, managed by Florida-based Sila Realty Trust, paid Clive Wellness Campus Building One LLC $21.6 million for property at 12493 University Ave. in Clive. MercyOne Clive Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is located in the two-story facility. The transaction occurred Dec. 8, 2021.

Hurd Industrial SPE LLC paid LHV Ankeny LL $19.2 million for property at 1710 S.W. Oralabor Road in Ankeny. The property includes a 95,000-square-foot Hy-Vee grocery store. Hurd Industrial is managed by Richard Hurd, president of Hurd Real Estate, located in West Des Moines; LHV Ankeny LL is managed by a New York-based real estate investment trust. The transaction occurred Aug. 24, 2021.

Hurd Johnston LLC paid Dallas-based Spirit SPE Portfolio 2012-4 LLC $7.5 million for property at 921 S.E. Oralabor Road in Ankeny. The 5.7-acre parcel property includes a 49,677-square-foot retail store built in 2003 that is occupied by Sportman’s Warehouse. Hurd Johnston is managed by Hurd Real Estate Services Inc. in West Des Moines. The transaction occurred Jan. 7, 2021.
