St. Kilda Collective

St. Kilda Collective, located at 333 Fifth St. in West Des Moines, is the fifth in restaurant owner Alexander Hall’s line of establishment. The restaurant opened in June 2020 during the beginning weeks of the pandemic. The restaurant, which is mix of breakfast cafe, bakery and farm-to-table food, is located in a 106-year-old brick building that was originally home to Valley Auto Ford. Renovation of the building cost an estimated $4 million.
